Each year LSMOC reserves a number of tickets specifically for other Mini Owners Clubs. We then invite approximately 60 Mini Owners Clubs from the Mini World Club Register to book the tickets directly with LSMOC (letters will be sent mid December).
Due to high demand, we have to restrict the number of cars on Club applications to 26, 20 in general parking and 6 on Club Stands - there is also a limit of 13 Club Stands. If you have more than 26 members who wish to join the Run, please advise them to apply using the Mini World magazine entry form (March & April issues, due end Feb and March).
If you would like to be placed on the mailing list to receive a club ticket booking form and details on how to have a club stand please email us with your name, club name, address and telephone number to enquiries@london-to-brighton.co.uk no later than 7th December 2007. Please note that we have a policy of removing clubs from the mailing list that fail to use the form in two consecutive years. |

Your Club application enables up to 20 minis to join the Run from Crystal Palace Park and up to 6 minis on your Club Stand at Madeira Drive, Brighton. You should be aware that cars that actually participate in the run and start at Crystal Palace cannot be on club stands. Club stands have to be setup and in place by 9am and this means that the cars for the stand should skip Crystal Palace and go directly to Brighton. Club stand cars can collect run packs upon arrival at Brighton from the LSMOC Merchandise Stand, and all other entrants from the registration desk at Crystal Palace. The 6 cars chosen for your Club Stand will receive a Club Stand windscreen pass prior to the Run, to be distributed by yourself.

Please do note that all club stand cars are to drive directly to Brighton and all stand cars are excluded from entering the Show 'n' Shine competition. To have a club stand you must be willing to participate in the Soap Box Challenge event. As mentioned earlier there is enough space for 13 Club Stands on Madeira Drive (first-come first-served basis). This means that if we receive your Club Stand application after the allocation has been filled we shall transfer applications to general parking or return your payment – depending on which box you ticked. Even if you did not manage to get a club stand you can still participate in the Soap Box event, simply email me on enquiries@london-to-brighton.co.uk or complete the box on the application form to confirm your entry.
We must receive Club entries no later than 1st March 2008 (but I would expect all stands to have gone by mid January). You should return the application form, with an A4 stamped addressed envelope, (with enough postage as outlined in the application), total payment |
with Cheques / Postal Orders made payable to LSMOC (Please do not send cash in the post, where possible supply one cheque for all entries). You should also mark the envelope with the words "CLUB ENTRY" in large letters so that we deal with your application as a priority.
This year we have given the clubs the theme of ‘Heroes’ so I am sure they will all look fantastic! As ever the John Cooper cup will be awarded to the best themed stand, and runners up prizes will be awarded for best effort.
