Run Details

LSMOC Members

If you are a member of London & Surrey Mini Owners Club you will receive a priority application form through the post in December. You will need to complete and return the form as soon as possible along with your stamped addressed envelope and ticket fee, you should note that photocopies of the form are not accepted, and your place is only assured if you respond by end January. If you want to become a member of LSMOC you should apply using the club application form at www.lsmoc.co.uk and you will be sent a special L2B application form with your new membership pack. LSMOC Members receive a £5 discount on the normal ticket fee and they are assured a place on the run providing they respond before the deadline.

General Public

You will need to apply using the application form printed in the March and April editions of MiniWorld Magazine, this can be found in WH Smiths and most good newsagents and it is usually in the shops from the middle of January, and then repeated in the middle of February. Tickets are on a first come first served basis, so you should apply as soon as possible. I would also like to mention that in the last two years we have had a number of applications fail to reach us due to the applicant not adding sufficient postage, so please do ensure you pay the correct amount, and remember that large envelopes require large stamps.

Club Applications

If you are a member of another Mini Owners Club and would like to apply to purchase tickets as a group, please contact your Club Secretary. A large number of Mini Owners Clubs are invited to participate and apply for block booked priority tickets and your club may already feature on our list. If you are not already on our invitation list you may email us and request to be added, however please note we cannot accept any new clubs on to the mailing list after December, and club stands are limited, so you need to be quick. For further details on club stands visit the dedicated page.

General Information and Camping

After applying for a ticket your application will usually be processed within about six weeks. Once processed you will be sent one ticket and an information booklet that will provide you with all the information you will need, and a form to apply for the Autoglym Show 'n' Shine competition. Before emailing with questions please take a moment to read the booklet and the FAQs page of this website as most common questions are answered there. However, if you do have questions that are not answered please do not hesitate to email us or ask fellow entrants using the L2B chat part of the website. Camping details for Crystal Palace Park are still to be finalised, and whilst we cannot confirm the exact timings, we are planning additional entertainment. What we can confirm is that it will be available free of charge and will be available from Saturday 19th from 12.00am. You should note that small disposable BBQs are allowed if raised from the grass, however fireworks, sky lanterns, fires and the like are not allowed and although toilets are available there are limited facilities for washing and no showers or running hot water. Other camping facilities are available nearby and if you require further information please visit the FAQs page.
