For any other queries or help, with anything relating to ticket sales, please email us enquiries@london-to-brighton.co.uk  – there is no telephone number available therefore email is currently the most efficient form of communication.

Tickets are not refundable under any circumstances other than a cancellation of the event or unless the event is moved to another date that prohibits you from attending. In this instance, ticket holders will be informed of any cancellation. All Ticket holders must then request refunds via email:   enquiries@london-to-brighton.co.uk within 28 days of the cancellation notice. The full value of the Ticket – less any booking fees, transaction fees will be refunded. (For L2B 2020 ticket refunds, we repeatedly extended the deadline to request refunds to January 2022. The full value of the ticket – less any booking fees  – was refunded.).  No tickets from the 2020 event will be valid for the L2B 2023.

We only provide a paper ticket for this event, e-tickets cannot be used. This will be sent to the address you submit when you place your order.

When purchasing tickets, you will be asked for the contact details of the ticket holder and the car registration. Other details required are the age of the car, contact number and an option to be camping on Saturday night at Cheam Park – this information will only be used by the Event Organiser to contact attendees ahead of the event.

You must be a paid LSMOC before 15th November 2022 to be eligible for a presale invitation. A valid LSMOC membership number is required to purchase tickets. Membership applications are not processed during London To Brighton ticket sales.
